Wipes.com Returns Policy

At Wipes.com, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for:

  • Disinfecting and sanitizing wipes that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Wipe dispensers that are like new (unused, uninstalled, free of damage), and returned with all original parts, manuals, and packaging.

What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened wipes or wipes with broken seals.

  • Dispensers showing signs of use, installation, wear, damage, or missing parts/accessories.

  • Items returned after 30 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging (when applicable) and packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

  • Returns must include the order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection (timing may vary by your bank or payment provider).

Return Shipping

  • No restocking fees.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wipes.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at sales@wipes.com or call us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return (and photos if the dispenser arrived damaged)
